ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

Doug has been a State Farm agent for 44 years, proudly continuing his family’s legacy since the agency first opened in 1960. As a second-generation agent, he has built a strong reputation for providing exceptional service across multiple parishes near Hammond, LA. His agency is growing rapidly, but at its core remains a close-knit, family-oriented workplace where team members are valued and supported. We believe in taking care of our team, offering benefits such as life insurance, a 401k with matching after one year, a health insurance stipend, vacation and PTO, and accruing sick leave that can be banked up to 30 days. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Doug Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
