ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Doug has been a State Farm agent for 44 years, proudly continuing his family’s legacy since the agency first opened in 1960. As a second-generation agent, he has built a strong reputation for providing exceptional service across multiple parishes near Hammond, LA. His agency is growing rapidly, but at its core remains a close-knit, family-oriented workplace where team members are valued and supported.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Doug Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
