Sales and Marketing Coordinator

What will you be doing most days?

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales, and Sales Managers.
• Work collaboratively with the entire hotel team to make sure all sales efforts are coordinated and complementary
• Work with our business software including SFAWeb, CITY, LightSpeed, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Actively work with group contacts to input rooming lists
• Work with group contacts to finalize billing after departure.
• Create weekly resumes for group information

What are the requirements for this position?

• You have previous Hotel experience
• You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• You have a valid driver's license
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements for this Position

You must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates.
