Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Administrative Support Role
What will you be doing most days?
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales, and Sales Managers.
- Work collaboratively with the entire hotel team to make sure all sales efforts are coordinated and complementary
- Work with our business software including SFAWeb, CITY, LightSpeed, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Actively work with group contacts to input rooming lists
- Work with group contacts to finalize billing after departure.
- Create weekly resumes for group information
What are the requirements for this position?
- You have previous Hotel experience
- You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- You have a valid driver's license
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements for this Position
You must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates.
