Role Description The B2B Marketing Specialist drives awareness, lead generation, customer retention, and sales growth for Jupmode’s custom merchandise business. This role partners closely with sales to attract new customers, strengthen existing relationships, and position Jupmode as the preferred custom merchandise provider in the market. Success is measured by qualified leads, pipeline growth, customer engagement, retention efforts, and overall contribution to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Own lead generation initiatives for the custom business. Manage B2B website content, landing pages, SEO, and Google Business Profile. Develop campaigns that generate qualified inbound opportunities. Sales Enablement Create sales collateral, presentations, case studies, customer success stories, and marketing materials. Support prospecting, customer retention, and account growth efforts. Customer Retention & Relationship Marketing Manage customer appreciation, sampling, referral, reviews, and retention programs. Develop campaigns that strengthen customer loyalty and repeat business. Develop a lifecycle marketing engine. Content & Brand Positioning Create content highlighting Jupmode’s production expertise, creativity, and customer success stories. Gather customer feedback and market insights to strengthen positioning and messaging. Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization. Email Marketing & Events Manage B2B email campaigns and email flows. Participate in networking events, chamber activities, live decoration events, and business development opportunities. Reporting & Analytics Track lead generation, website performance, campaign effectiveness, and key marketing metrics. Use data and customer insights to improve marketing performance.
