Desired Qualifications:

• Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Arizona
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred, but open to those with a strong motivation and pediatric experience
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to complete assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Knowledge of IEP process and best practices in school-based physical therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students according to IEP goals and teacher/parent input
• Evaluate students abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate records of progress
• Collaborate with special education and classroom staff to support student success and access to curriculum
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and modifications
