Role Summary

Ourisman Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to enhance our One Person sales experience. In this pivotal role, you will drive growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and professional environment.

More about the role

• Welcome and assist clients as they arrive on the lot, guiding them through the sales process.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs thoroughly and assist them in finding a vehicle that meets their preferences.
• Be the go-to expert on all vehicle features, optional packages, and the latest technology.
• Personalize the vehicle delivery experience, ensuring clients are familiar with its operational features.
• Expertise in finance product menu presentations, including explaining and promoting financing options to customers.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients through the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Consistently train, mentor, and coach sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Provide ongoing guidance ensuring team members are meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages continuous development and growth within the team.

What we look for

• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout the workday.
• Recent and proven experience as a Finance Manager preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Present a professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication; excellent active listening skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets dealership standards.
