Job Responsibilities

• Engage in Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers about therapy methods and exercises to facilitate their ongoing progress at home.
• Track and Adjust Care: Keep detailed records of patients' advancements and refine treatment plans as necessary, ensuring effective progress.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Commitment to ongoing education or additional certifications encouraged and supported.

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential.
