Clinical Risk & Patient Safety Leader
Legacy Silverton Medical Center
Legacy Health is seeking a Risk Manager to bridge Risk Management and Patient Relations, reducing risk and resolving concerns while ensuring patient safety. You will leverage healthcare standards of practice, investigation skills and strong communication to support Legacy’s mission. You will identify and mitigate losses, investigate incidents, provide consultation, and train clinical personnel on risk management practices.
