Patient Safety & Risk Management Coordinator

Legacy Health seeks a dedicated risk management professional to join our patient safety team. This role acts as a critical link between Risk Management and Patient Relations to reduce risk, resolve concerns, and promote a safe environment for Legacy patients. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating losses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, investigating incidents, and training clinical staff in risk management practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr Legacy Health
