Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Analyst, Cash Management provides analytical and operational support to Treasury Operations. This role is responsible for managing daily cash administration activities, minimizing the organization's exposure to credit, interest rate, and foreign exchange risks, and supporting liquidity management through cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical skills, treasury experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and banking partners.  This is a possible temp to hire opportunity.  Must be able to work Hybrid onsite 1 day a week.   Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI and treasury management systems.
• Knowledge of cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and treasury operations.
• 2-5 years of treasury or corporate finance experience.
• Experience with merchant card programs and banking platforms.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred but not required.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within treasury operations.

salary: $40 - $44.3 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute daily treasury operations and cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and financial trends to forecast short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow needs.
• Research banking products, investment opportunities, funding sources, and financial instruments to support strategic treasury decisions.
• Record daily cash transactions and prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly cash position reports.
• Perform complex bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with internal business partners and financial institutions.
• Support treasury compliance initiatives, including audit preparation and regulatory documentation.
• Administer the corporate merchant card program, ensuring policy compliance, reporting accuracy, and issue resolution.
• Participate in treasury-related projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and policy development.
• Conduct bank fee analyses and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency improvements.
• Provide support across additional treasury functions and special projects as needed.
