Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Preferred candidates bring a strong foundation in school-based practice, excelling at conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized education program (IEP) goals, and delivering both direct and consultative services within a collaborative team.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, especially with elementary-aged students
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for elementary students
• Develop and manage IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, classroom teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
