Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, especially with elementary populations
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and documentation
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP goals
• Ability to perform thorough speech and language evaluations
• Reliable transportation

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language evaluations, individualized therapy, and IEP support at both an elementary school and a Head Start program
• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 students, providing direct and indirect services according to student needs
• Collaborate closely with special education staff, general education teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate actively in team and IEP meetings
