Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Active SLP license in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Prior experience as a school-based speech-language pathologist preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage IEPs, student caseloads, and data-driven therapy plans
• Comfortable collaborating with educators, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students according to IEP goals
• Assess student needs and maintain accurate documentation of progress
• Participate in IEP meetings to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote an inclusive environment
• Plan and implement engaging, evidence-based interventions
• Support case management responsibilities related to assigned campuses
