We are seeking contract professionals with experience in school-based settings, including SLP-CCC, to join dedicated teams supporting student development near McKinney, TX. This contract spans the academic school year, running from August 4, 2026, through May 21, 2027.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in Texas
• Experience in a school-based SLP role highly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to students’ needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document services and maintain detailed, timely records in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate educational goals
