Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist working with elementary students. This full-time, onsite role serves both an elementary school and a neighboring Head Start program near Mckinney, TX, providing essential speech-language services in a dynamic and collaborative educational environment.

Your fluency in both Spanish and English will enhance your impact as you address the diverse needs of approximately 30 students, working closely with a supportive team of special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families. Utilizing your expertise, you'll conduct evaluations, craft individualized education program (IEP) goals, and deliver both direct and indirect therapy—all while being part of a community that values student growth and inclusion.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting and with elementary-aged students (preferred)
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer speech and language evaluations and provide individualized therapy
• Develop and support IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each student on the caseload
• Foster ongoing communication with staff, administration, and parents
• Support both direct and indirect speech-language services onsite
