Speech Language Pathologist Part-time

At Cole Pediatric Therapy , you'll design a schedule that works for you while serving children in an environment built on encouragement, compassion, and empowerment. Every session is an opportunity to help a child find their voice-and to feel fulfilled doing work that matters.

Location: 5575 Warren Pkwy, Ste. 106, Frisco, TX 75034

Compensation & Scheduling - Option for either Contract/1099 or Pay Per Visit/W2

Pay Rates Contractor/1099:
• $30 per 30-minute therapy session
• $80 per evaluation
• Shift Differential:
- Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-8:00 PM
- All day Saturday
→ Increased rate of $40 per 30-minute session

Pay Per Visit/W-2 Rates: Ranges from $28-$38/30 minute visit ($56-$76/hour) based on years of experience and if monolingual or Bilingual in Spanish/English.

Hours & Availability:
• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
• Greatest need: Monday & Wednesdays (3:00 PM-7:00 PM)
• Opportunity to grow into full-time availability

Qualifications
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Active Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
