Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
• Open Dental

Specialty Certification: Active, valid Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification.
State Licensure: Current, verified Dental Assisting License in the state of Tennessee (TN).
Safety Credentials: Valid and current CPR certification.
Preferred Experience: Prior hands-on experience inside a high-end cosmetic, general, or oral surgery/implant practice is strongly preferred.
Software Literacy: Previous experience navigating Open Dental PMS (Practice Management Software) is highly valued.
Core Competencies: Meticulous attention to clinical detail, strong multi-tasking capabilities, an elite communicative style, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Job Description

Advanced Restorative Functions: Autonomously perform state-regulated expanded functions (EFDA) with absolute precision, ensuring flawless anatomy and clinical excellence.
Specialty Chairside Assisting: Deliver proactive, highly synchronized four-handed assisting during complex cosmetic smile reconstructions, full-mouth rehabilitation, and dental implant surgeries.
Digital Diagnostics & Imaging: Utilize modern technology to capture high-definition intraoral photography, diagnostic digital radiographs (X-rays), and pristine digital impressions (scans) for treatment planning.
VIP Patient Navigation: Educate patients comprehensively regarding advanced treatment plans, pre-operative protocols, and detailed post-op recovery instructions, maintaining a calm, reassuring, luxury-level atmosphere.
Operatory Engineering: Prepare, stock, and transition high-tech surgical operatories for complex multi-stage procedures while maintaining uncompromising infection control and sterilization standards.
