Lead Dental Assistant
Mindy Thompson, DDS PLLC
Position Overview We’re a non-corporate, long‑term, patient‑based relationship practice led by a dentist with 30 years of experience and growing to include her daughter. We’re seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant who is gentle, polished, reliable, team‑first, with excellent chairside manner and a strong sense of ownership. We would love someone excited about high‑tech dentistry and can help manage a digital workflow, including scanners, 3D printing, and in‑house milling. Responsibilities Lead clinical flow, support the doctor and team, keep patients comfortable and informed. Maintain high standards for infection control and presentation. Help mentor assistants as needed. Qualifications Prior chairside experience required; expanded functions preferred. Strong experience in high‑technology dentistry and digital workflow management. Will support the right hire in completing an expanded functions certification program if not yet expanded functions. Location We are building a future new office in a location central to the Nashville airport.
