If you're looking for a place where your work truly matters, you've found it.We're currently looking for a Specialty Registered Dental Assistant to join our Castle Dental team in the Nashville market. This can be a part-time or full-time position, traveling throughout the market supporting our Periodontist, Oral Surgeon, Endodontist, Orthodontist, and General Providers. An ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working across multiple teams and office environments.Schedule (days/hours): 2–3 days per week, days vary; 8:00 AM–5:00 PMResponsibilities:Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfortTake and develop dental X-rays as neededSterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocolsEducate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental proceduresMaintain accurate patient records and update chartsQualifications:Meet the state-specific Registered Dental Assistant credentialing requirementsDental Radiology Certification (X-Ray)Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standardsStrong communication and commitment to excellent patient careCompensation: $20 - $22/hr + BonusAbout Us:Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.Smile Brands supports over 650 affiliated dental practices across 28 states all focused on a single mission of delivering Smiles For Everyone!® Smiles for patients, providers, employees, and community partners.
