Job Summary NinjaHoldings is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sr. Communications & Email Marketing Associate to develop, execute, and optimize email, SMS, and push campaigns. As the owner of customer communications, you will manage the full lifecycle, including strategy, building and QA, execution, and reporting. You will use data-driven insights to optimize segmentation, improve deliverability, and maximize customer conversion and retention. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and analytical, with a willingness to take on meaningful ownership and day-to-day autonomy. Key Responsibilities: Build and execute email, SMS, and push marketing campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, retention, and engagement Support day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to: developing, launching, analyzing and iterating on A/B tests to improve the overall customer experience Debug technical issues related to HTML/CSS, journeys, lists, and other aspects of email execution Monitor and maintain email deliverability, reduce spam compliants, and improve open and click-through rates Build and maintain dashboards to investigate anomalies and monitor and report on performance Utilize competitive marketing research and product intelligence to understand the competitive landscape Collaborate with our PM and engineering teams to create requirements and assist with the development of marketing-related features Ideal Candidate Will Have: 4+ years of experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in financial services or other highly regulated industries Proficiency in multichannel marketing platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Marketo, or similar automation tools Strong technical skills including knowledge of HTML/CSS and working with SQL for querying relational databases Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actions Experience in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and journey optimization Proven experience with project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting business priorities Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and campaign quality Exceptional written communication skills, strong sense of ownership, and attention to detail Additional Pluses: Experience working in a remote environment Experience with referral and affiliate marketing Experience with Figma, Canva, Validity/Litmus Benefits & Perks: Flexible Paid Time Off Health Benefits with generous medical, dental and vision insurance plans 401(k) with matching contribution Paid Family Leave Annual Wellness & WFH Subsidies Employee Referral Program Remote first culture with convenient downtown office in the heart of the city IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please carefully review communications to ensure that they are from the official Breezy applicant tracking platform (@breezy-mail.com) or an official NinjaHoldings brand email: @ninjaholdings.com, @creditninja.com, @ninjacard.com, or @edgescore.com.
