Our organization is seeking Nurse Practitioners for Urgent Care facilities located in Greenwood, SC, Saluda, SC, and Laurens, SC.

• Starting Bonus: $15,000
• Employment Type: Full-Time - Available Shifts: First and Second
• Work Hours: 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday
• Weekend Availability: Every other Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM

Role Overview: The Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive medical histories and physical assessments to deliver appropriate patient care in alignment with established medical plans and within their professional scope. Utilizing a systematic approach, the NP will evaluate the patient's physical, psychological, and social conditions to identify care needs, determine the type of care required, and assess the necessity for follow-up. The role includes assisting physicians and other healthcare professionals with routine procedures as permitted by their expertise. Care will be provided in a respectful, non-discriminatory manner, taking into account the linguistic, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients, families, and caregivers. All medical records must be accurately documented in the electronic health record (EHR) system. The Nurse Practitioner is expected to complete all mandatory training on schedule to avoid any lapses and maintain current licensure without interruption. Adherence to safety protocols, including infection control and accident prevention, is essential. Attendance at meetings and training sessions as required is also expected. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
