Outside Sales Representative Location: San Jose/San Francisco Peninsula Join Empire Today as an Outside Sales Representative and earn uncapped commissions on a robust product line with monthly bonuses and company benefits. Empire Today, one of Forbes’ America’s Best Midsize Employers, rewards high performance with uncapped commissions and a performance‑based bonus program. What You’ll Do Meet customers face‑to‑face at their homes within a 1‑hour radius and provide flooring estimates. Generate sales through hot leads, referrals, and prospecting additional customers. Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually. Maintain vehicle and equipment needed for sample transport. Present professionally in Empire‑branded apparel and use electronic tablets and measuring devices. Benefits Uncapped commission earnings (average $50k–$70k first year, top earners >$100k). Performance‑based commission bonuses and incentives. Access to direct‑seller health, dental, vision, and life insurance options. Paid training and onboarding. Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with space for flooring sample boards. Minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month. Commitment to excellent customer service and the direct‑seller contract. Compensation 100% commission plus commission bonuses with opportunities to exceed $100,000 per year. No earnings cap.
