Outside Sales Representative

What You’ll Do Grow our business while growing yours – work independently and collaboratively to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners. Deepen relationships across the ADP family – cultivate additional business within existing accounts while building lasting friendships. Collaborate daily – serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network. To Succeed in This Role: Required Qualifications Positive self‑starter – upbeat, persistent, able to cold call without fear of rejection, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in person, by phone, or on paper. Agile solution seeker – problem‑solving mindset, able to find answers even during fast‑paced change. Continuous learner – always learning, growing, and questioning ways to improve processes. A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences can include one to two years of work or internship experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or related industry, or military experience that builds teamwork, adaptability, and follow‑through skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior quota‑carrying experience. Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
