Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Starting in August 2026, you’ll play a key part in empowering students to overcome speech and language challenges, working closely with teachers, administrators, and families. As a full-time, onsite professional, you’ll help shape communication skills and bolster student confidence in meaningful ways.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan
• Willingness and commitment to provide in-person services—virtual options are not available
• Experience or enthusiasm for working with K–12 age groups
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapies to diverse student needs and IEP requirements

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with educators to integrate therapeutic techniques in classroom environments
• Maintaining progress documentation and participating in IEP meetings
• Offering guidance to support staff and families to foster student success
