Job Details Department: 37748 BayCare Leased Employees - Perianesthesia Position Type: Full time Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour Hours per Week: 36 Schedule Details: Four 9 hour shifts per week Variable start time between 9 a.m.–11 a.m. On‑call 1–2 shifts per 6‑week schedule, 3–4 weekends per year, and 1 holiday every other year 30‑minute call response time required Location Perianesthesia at ABMC operates in two dedicated units: East (first floor) and Main (second floor). The unit is staffed with RNs, CNAs, and LPNs and provides care across pre‑operative, PACU, and discharge phases. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice. BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association. ACLS certification upon completion of orientation. PALS certification within 6 months of hire. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in line with established standards, policies, and procedures. Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication to create the safest patient environment and optimal patient experience across the continuum.
