As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications such as ServSafe. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base. Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any additional requests or concerns. Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions securely and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and resolve any service issues quickly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Skills: The required skills such as communication and customer service are essential for interacting effectively with guests, understanding their needs, and providing a positive dining experience.
