Join Our Team as a Server at The Heights Restaurant
Are you passionate about fine dining and delivering exceptional guest experiences? The Heights Restaurant, established in 1995 by Heidi and James Larounis, has been a leader in setting dining trends for nearly three decades. What You’ll DoAs a Server at The Heights Restaurant, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing attentive and personalized service to guests in a fine dining environment.
- Demonstrating knowledge of our menu, including beer, wine, and liquor offerings, to make thoughtful recommendations.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service and an exceptional guest experience.
- Maintaining a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
We’re seeking a dedicated professional who thrives in a fine dining setting. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a fine dining environment.
- A strong understanding of the nuances of fine dining service.
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor is a plus.
- Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- A passion for hospitality and an eye for detail.
