Pointcare, LLC is seeking a Manager, Coverage Distribution Operations to build and operate ACA and Medicare distribution workflows. This remote-first role starts by handling ACA/Medicare calls, testing workflows, and scripting to ground operations in real calls. That credibility enables you to lead the eventual team in coaching and quality monitoring. As volume grows, you’ll coach licensed agents, monitor QA, manage insurance-specific workflows, and support Medicare field readiness. #J-18808-Ljbffr PointCare, LLC
