Receptionist - Legal

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Receptionist to become an integral member at one of our prestigious NYC global law firm clients! This role serves as the primary point of contact for the New York office, overseeing all front desk operations while delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience for visitors, attorneys, and staff. Key Responsibilities Greet all visitors and ensure they are appropriately directed or escorted to offices and conference rooms Manage incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, both internal and external Oversee the issuance and return of access key cards for visiting attorneys and staff Coordinate conference room and office reservations using the firm’s workplace management system (EMS), including catering, visitor registration, and technology setup Communicate daily with the local operations team regarding room setups and visiting office arrangements Partner with the Hospitality Coordinator to support catering needs such as ordering supplies, meals, and refreshments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times Assist with emergency response procedures and act appropriately during urgent situations Provide administrative support as needed, including invoice processing and general clerical tasks Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, attorneys, and colleagues at all levels Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with a focus on accuracy and quality Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Dependable with consistent attendance and performance Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience with reservation or scheduling systems is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Innovative Driven
