Rapid Recovery Inc. is seeking a dependable, motivated, and organized Collections Account Representative to join our team. This position requires someone who is an excellent multitasker, detail-oriented, comfortable working on the phone, and able to accurately handle data entry and account documentation.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls regarding past-due accounts
• Communicate professionally with consumers regarding outstanding balances
• Work with consumers to establish payment arrangements
• Follow up on accounts and payment commitments
• Accurately document all account activity and communications
• Perform daily data entry and update account information
• Enter and maintain new account information in the collection system
• Process and document payments
• Answer incoming calls
• Maintain accurate and organized account records
• Perform general office and administrative duties
• Manage multiple accounts and tasks throughout the workday
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive consumer and account information

Qualifications

• Strong communication and telephone skills
• Excellent data-entry and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable making outbound collection calls
• Professional and respectful communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous collections, customer service, data entry, or office experience is preferred

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, organized, and confident on the phone . The ideal candidate can efficiently move between collection calls, data entry, account updates, and other office responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $41,600

Schedule:M-F 8:00-4:30
