Overview Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Cameron, NC | Outpatient Pediatric ABA Clinic $21–$26/hour | Full-Time & Part-Time Monday–Friday | Hours available through 6:00 PM HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Cameron, North Carolina. This is a clinic-based role working with children with autism and developmental needs. We offer a supportive ABA team environment, paid/on-site training, mentorship, and growth opportunities for both certified RBTs and candidates interested in becoming certified. Responsibilities Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting. Qualifications Ideal candidates have experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education. Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school/national equivalent. Must have valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
