Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with additional credentialing in Interventional Radiology.
• Active state license (if required).
• Demonstrated experience in IR, with proficiency in vascular and non-vascular procedures.
• Strong understanding of fluoroscopic imaging, patient safety, and sterile technique.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

• Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures, maintaining high standards of safety and comfort.
• Assist physicians by operating advanced imaging equipment and supporting complex IR procedures.
• Ensure accurate imaging and effective radiation protection protocols.
• Maintain thorough, timely records, including digital images and patient documentation.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs during procedures, providing education and reassurance.
• Help manage supplies and prepare procedure rooms according to protocols.
• Adhere to infection control and hospital policies at all times.
