Operations Supervisor

Summary The Operations Supervisor manages all operational aspects of the store including shipment processing, allocations, distribution, and back-of-house staff. The role ensures inventory accuracy, optimizes operational processes, and partners with store leadership to align replenishments with sales potential. Responsibilities Manage and coach back-of-house staff responsible for merchandise logistics and operational duties. Oversee shipment processing, transfers, and movement of merchandise from BOH to the sales floor. Conduct cycle counts and regular audits to verify quantities and product condition and report discrepancies. Optimize inventory management processes, maintain organized stock rooms with proper labeling, and enforce safety procedures. Manage reservations and consignments and collaborate with the Store Manager on performance management. Requirements 3+ years of operational management experience, preferably in luxury retail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools. Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with knowledge of inventory control.
