Tine & Cellar is a culmination of rustic & satisfying flavors of the Old World with a vibrant & contemporary twist, paired with an extensive list of draft beers, fine wines, plus an exquisite craft cocktail selection.

Individuals holding this title will be responsible for operating the bar via the direction of the Bar Manager. Employees in this position will be required (but not limited) to performing the tasks listed.

· Provide exceptional guest service

· Answer phone per restaurant needs and guidelines

· Produce high-quality house cocktails, beer and wine pours per customer and server request

· Prep. as instructed by the Bar Manager

General preparation may include (but not limited to):

o Infusing alcohol

o Batching craft cocktails

o Rotating and agitating craft cocktail kegs

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar environment

· Possess a fundamental bar knowledge with the willingness to grow ‘beyond the basics’

· Possess a basic knowledge of draft systems and be familiar with tapping beer and cocktail kegs

· Possess a full understanding of food menu items

· Works professionally with fellow employees

· Maintain scheduling availability as agreed upon during the hiring process

· Show up on time to scheduled shifts, missing work only in the event of sickness or emergency (proper notice required when applicable)

· Perform side work and weekly cleaning as defined by the Bar Cleaning Guide

· Perform additional tasks as instructed by any member of management

· Help fellow employees with any and all tasks as needed

· Execute thorough bar setups and closes

· Responsible for accurate register counts

· Cicerone Certification per General Manager discretion
