Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Manager for a local insurance and financial services office. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, ensuring exceptional client service, and helping maintain a productive and efficient office environment.
What You'll Do
Oversee daily office operations and workflow management
Lead, support, and hold team members accountable for performance and service standards
Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and time-off requests
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training employees
Ensure client inquiries and service requests are handled promptly and professionally
Assist with policy changes, account maintenance, billing questions, and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency procedures
Monitor workloads, resolve operational issues, and improve office efficiency
Support agency leadership with reporting, planning, and process improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
3+ years of office management, leadership, customer service, insurance, banking, or financial services experience
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
Property & Casualty insurance experience is a plus
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
