Position: General Accountant Location: Cameron Park, CA Status: Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Our Compensation and Benefits show how much we value our team! $65k - $85k, depending on experience Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with high company contribution Long Term Disability and Life Insurance Plans 401K plan with Company Match Generous Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Holidays Snap Fitness Gym Membership Key Responsibilities: GL account maintenance Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP Manage fixed asset and depreciation schedules Record accruals and track prepayments Reconcile loan payments and maintain accurate amortization schedules Reconcile credit cards and general accounts monthly Review of payroll data for accuracy Analyze financial data and assist with budgets and forecasts Assist with AP and AR related activities including creating invoices and communication with customers and vendors Process vendor returns and track debit and credit memos Maintain and review inventory reports and job costing data Perform inventory cycle counts Track cash flow File and organize internal financial files (paper and electronic) Qualifications: AA or BA in accounting preferred but not required 3-5 years of accounting experience Detailed knowledge of excel and word programs Experience with accounting software within and ERP, Jobboss2 is a plus Knowledge of internal control framework #J-18808-Ljbffr Snowline Engineering
