Registered Dental Hygienist

Our client is a notable private practice in the Wisconsin Rapids area. This clinic is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to step into a well-established role within a professional, patient-centered dental practice.

Position Overview

The Registered Dental Hygienist is responsible for delivering comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while ensuring excellent patient experiences through clinical excellence, patient education, and detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough, high-quality preventive dental care for adult and pediatric patients

• Perform periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planing and periodontal maintenance

• Administer laser therapy as part of periodontal treatment plans, as indicated

• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and periodontal charting

• Take and review dental radiographs

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care

• Utilize Cavitron and other modern dental hygiene equipment effectively

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation

• Adhere to all infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards

• Collaborate closely with doctor and clinical team to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing

• CPR/BLS certification

• Experience using Cavitron and modern dental hygiene equipment

• Experience providing periodontal treatment, including laser therapy

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: Approximately $40–$55 per hour, based on experience
