Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Sign-On Bonus!

Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and oral health assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
- Identify and document oral health conditions, providing treatment recommendations
- Administer local anesthesia and apply preventive materials (sealants, fluoride, etc.)
- Conduct Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow all safety and infection control protocols
- Collaborate and co-diagnose with the dentist to ensure the best treatment outcomes
- Work as part of a dedicated team of dentists, assistants, and administrative professionals
