The Position : We are looking for an Office Assistant II to join our growing team! Education and Experience High School Diploma required Bachelor's Degree preferred Min imum 2 office administration and/or customer service experience Ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented and organized Ability to meet multiple competing deadlines Prioritization skill Overview: The Office Assistant II, under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, is responsible for the coordination of the day-to-day operations of the assigned office and warehouse location. Essential Functions: Schedules and routes delivery technicians as it relates to deliveries and pick up of medical equipment and service calls Receives and coordinates calls from patients, sales representatives, and referral sources Coordinates tasks for completion by technicians and warehouse staff Manages office needs such as office supplies, repairs and services, mail, and payments Manages inventory levels of medical equipment Other tasks as assigned Qualifications Behaviors Required Detail Oriented Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Team Player Works well as a member of a group Motivations Required Ability to Make an Impact Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Goal Completion Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasks Self-Starter Inspired to perform without outside help Education Required High School or better.
