Intake Director: Lead Care Access & Operations (Hybrid)

Golden Steps ABA, LLC

Golden Steps ABA is a growing behavioral health provider seeking an Intake Director for a hybrid role. You will lead Intake Representatives, oversee the journey from inquiry to admission, and partner with Clinical Operations, Staffing, Credentialing, Revenue Cycle, Marketing, Finance, and BI to smooth onboarding and access to care. This leadership position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in healthcare operations or patient access, and strong skills with metrics, Excel, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Golden Steps ABA, LLC
