This role is ideal for a mission-driven clinician who values a patient-centered, root-cause approach to care and is comfortable stepping into an established practice to provide high-quality coverage.Assignment details:Flexible locum assignment (full-time or part-time options available)Coverage needed across the following clinic locations: Medford, Central Point, Talent, Grants Pass, Coos Bay, Roseburg, North Bend, White City, Ashland, Klamath FallsAssignment length: 3 months with option to extendThis is a non-benefited positionResponsibilities and duties:Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointmentsPerform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditionsDevelop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptionsEducate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principlesCollaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staffDocument visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant mannerParticipate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessionsSupport clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environmentRequired qualifications:Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner, PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or applicable specialtyMinimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience is a plus)Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicineExcellent communication and patient relationship skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentProficient in using electronic health recordsNurse Practitioner Licenses Accepted:FNP- Family Nurse PractitionerAGNP- Adult Gerontological Nurse PractitionerAGNP- PC- Adult Gerontological Nurse PractitionerBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchVoluntary LTD, FSA, Accident, Critical IllnessPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysEmployee and Family DiscountsPaid Parental Leave
