1:1 Care 4th Grade Registered Nurse School Setting - Cambridge, MA

A healthcare professional with expertise in pediatric nursing and one-on-one care is needed to provide specialized support within an educational setting. This contract role is based in Cambridge, MA, and involves working closely with students ranging from 1st through 10th grade.


Key responsibilities include delivering individualized nursing care to students, managing medical needs, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for children with complex health conditions. The role requires strong communication with school staff and families, accurate documentation, and adherence to healthcare protocols in schools.


Desired qualifications and experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with pediatric nursing experience
• Proven ability to provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients within a school environment
• Experience supporting children across various grade levels, particularly from grades 1 through 10
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond to health emergencies effectively
• Familiarity with school health policies and procedures
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent communication skills
