Reporting directly to the Director of Perioperative Services with close collaboration alongside the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Manager of Operating Room Surgical Services will be supported by assistant nurse managers, clinical educators, service line coordinators, and charge RNs, empowering a Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services to drive staffing optimization, quality and safety initiatives, infection prevention, surgeon and anesthesia partnership, budget stewardship, preference card integrity, block time utilization, and compassionate team development within a friendly nursing culture and a diverse, highly skilled interdisciplinary team.
