Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic school-based environment supporting students' communication development throughout the academic year. This onsite contract opportunity engages dedicated speech-language pathologists who are passionate about working in educational settings. You'll enjoy a manageable commute within the LA area, as the district ensures your assigned schools are no more than an hour or 20 miles from your home base. Caseloads center on 55–60 students across 1–4 schools (averaging two locations), and you'll collaborate closely with established case managers who handle all case management duties.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active, posted California SLP License
• Valid CTC credential—preliminary or clear SLP credential, or Certificate of Clearance
• Clinical Fellows (CF) considered—supervisors must be confirmed in advance
• Experience within school settings preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse student population
• Manage evaluation and assessment of assigned caseload (materials reimbursed up to $2,500)
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, school teams, and parents to optimize student outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Maintain thorough documentation aligned with district guidelines
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings as necessary

This full-time role (40 hours weekly, 7:30am–4:00pm) runs from August 11, 2026, through June 4, 2027. Flexible itinerant assignments are common, and you will always work with a team that values your expertise.
