Job Summary We are seeking an experienced FHA Claims Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Austin, TX. This role is ideal for a mortgage servicing professional with strong knowledge of FHA Part B claims, Claims Without Conveyance of Title, foreclosure claims, and investor guideline compliance. The FHA Claims Specialist will play a key role in reviewing, testing, filing, and resolving foreclosure-related claims with a high degree of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Review, prepare, and file FHA Part B, CWCOT, VA, USDA, and supplemental foreclosure claims. Perform QA and QC testing to ensure claims are accurate, complete, and compliant with FHA/HUD and investor guidelines. Review foreclosure documentation, servicing records, timelines, expenses, and claim calculations. Identify discrepancies, missing documentation, claim errors, and compliance concerns before submission. Research and independently resolve claim exceptions, documentation issues, and claim status concerns. Monitor claims throughout the lifecycle to ensure deadlines, regulatory requirements, and internal standards are met. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $23 to $26 per hour.
