Catering & Events Coordinator — Luxury Hotel

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking a Catering Coordinator to handle a wide range of administrative tasks and support corporate and social catering events. You will manage inquiries, prepare banquet event orders, coordinate calendars and itineraries, and collaborate with Banquets and Operations to execute events on the day and in planning.
