Sales Associate - E-Commerce (Outdoor Structures, Garden & Leisure)
Join our dynamic e-commerce company specializing in outdoor structures, garden, and leisure products! We’re seeking a motivated Full-Time Sales Associate to join our growing team. With a global customer base, we provide high-quality leads from homeowners and B2B clients actively seeking information about our innovative products. This is an Inside Phone Sales role with excellent growth potential for a driven individual.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with pre-qualified leads to provide product information and close sales.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Trial close and confidently ask for the order to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to meet and exceed sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Sales Experience : Prior experience in phone or inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Personable & Persistent : A friendly, professional demeanor with the tenacity to follow through with leads.
- Strong Communication Skills : Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with CRM software and general computer skills.
- Team Player : Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
