Client Accounting Services Manager

We’re hiring a Client Accounting Services Manager to join our team at Daigrepont Gremillion Advisors in Baton Rouge, LA .

This is a great opportunity for an experienced CPA who enjoys working directly with clients, leading a team, and taking ownership of high-quality financial reporting.

What You’ll Do

- Manage a portfolio of client accounting relationships

- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Issue financial reports directly to clients

- Communicate financial results and accounting matters with business owners and management teams

- Manage, review, and develop accounting team members

- Oversee deadlines and workflow across multiple client engagements

- Identify accounting issues, unusual activity, and opportunities to improve client processes

- Coordinate with DGA’s tax and advisory teams

- Maintain a high standard of accuracy, organization, and client service

What We’re Looking For

- Active CPA license required

- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience

- Experience reviewing financial statements and managing or reviewing the work of others

- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online

- Experience with Lacerte Tax and Intuit ProConnect

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working directly with clients

- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate work

- Willingness to work in person in Baton Rouge, Louisiana
