Job Description
This role combines creative graphic design responsibilities with customer-facing counter duties in a small team environment. You will design print materials to support branding efforts while providing excellent service to walk-in and online customers. The position also includes managing inventory and sales at the counter to ensure smooth retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing print materials to support branding and marketing initiatives
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to walk-in and online customers
- Manage counter sales transactions and assist customers with product inquiries
- Support inventory and stock management to maintain product availability
- Collaborate with the small team to ensure cohesive brand presentation
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective time management and communication abilities
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience in layout design
